Nice to have:
Add a font selector to the Font section of Appearance tab in the Configure UI part of the GEOS Preferences so the user can not only select a font size, but also the font for the UI components.

GEOS-Configure UI-Font-Add font selector

My suggestion would be to add the font selector where the font size is right now and move the font size over to the right of it. The existing example line shows the updated font and size.
