- Bell peppers cut into large chunks
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Preheat grill to high
- Cut the pepeprs into large chunks
- Grill the peppers until charred
- Combine all other ingreidents in a medium bowl and toss the peppers
