Support for second edition cards including promo start worlds

Hey there, in my fork https://github.com/mgkurtz/rftg, I changed the cards to their second edition versions and added the promo start worlds. This works fine for me, so I did not do all the necessary work to properly incorporate the changes. I actually tried to, but failed on retraining the neural nets and adding an option for choosing between first and second edition.

Anyway, if anyone else wants to work on from there, this would be great 😁
