Need dashboard that supports plugins

Right now the dashboard is just a placeholder. The intention is for this page to be able to display panels that are built as plugins. For example, imagine a panel that contains last nights test results via a jenkins plugin. Another panel could show all of the subversion commits via a subversion plugin. Perhaps a VersionOne or Atlassian plugin that shows the stories in your current sprint. And so on.

This issue can be closed when we have the basic architecture of the dashboard page. It doesn't have to wait for the plugins to be developed. Perhaps as a proof of concept, one default plugin could be developed that is a little "welcome to the robot framework hub" static panel with links to the other parts of the hub.
