Verification link vulnerability attack

Since posting a bad review at one of my stays I've been bombarded with "Your verification link" emails. This was unauthorized every time. This attack works if someone opens up the email clicks the button "Verify me" and they get into my account. This has also disabled logging in by email because I get "too many attempts, try again later". Please take a look into this security system because it's clear to me that an attacker is trying to get into my account.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but there is no other place to contact customer service or something similar.
