Adding software development dept. contract

Hi,

I would like to add to this repo a Software development department contract that would serve as a fictional project contract between a Software development department and Product owner/Project management department.

This contract would describe roles for every project member, suggest project team structure and describe key segments of the project development.

This contract will be based on this:

If you are okay with this addition, please give me some tips on the best-suited directory for this file.
