D2 rect Position issues

So, the bot doesn't recognize the D2 Game's rectangle properly when multiple monitors are connected. Also the source code doesn't have OverlayDesigner.resx?

I tried the release version with a single monitor enabled on Windows 11 with a 1920x1080 resolution full-screen game. And it would just try to create a new character.
