We can find users' languages implicitly from any text they write such as description, title, comment etc. When displaying the contents of heritages we can translate the language from english to their language so that they will be able to understand it.

Are we going to do accurate translations from English to the target language? Unless we store the descriptions, titles, etc. in multiple languages, translating on-the-fly would give poor results. Even Google Translate performs quite poorly on large descriptions.
