Are the products sold on the platform have a specific theme (for example only electronics)? Or is it a general store like Amazon?

The platform will not have a specific theme. Product categories should be similar to those of hepsiburada

Does the platform allow 1-click buying for guest users? Or shall guest users be able to only search, sort and filter products?

Guest users shall not be able to buy anything but it would be nice to have a quick registration option for Guest users.

Does the platform allow vendors to customize their online shop like BigCommerce? Or is the standard interface used for all vendors' pages like Hepsiburada?

It would be nice to have a customizable shops for Vendor who prefer to do this but this feature is optional.

What type of payment methods shall vendors be able provide(debit card, direct transfer, credit card etc.)?

Credit card and debit card should be allowed without restriction. Customers should accept a form before payment guided by KVKK etc. Also the signup process can only be completed fter the users accept the Terms of Service of our platform.

Is Username, Password, Email enough to sign up? Do we need maybe address or region?

Users must give their name and surname too. Region is not necessary for Customers. You should confirm e-mail to complete registration. Vendors may have multiple adresses.

Is average customer review and rating the same?

Yes, they are synonymous.

Should users be able to like/comment on other comments?

They should be able to like and dislike.

What kind of cargo information are you expecting to see on active orders? Is it a link or some kind of third-party API integration?

It is enough to show a Cargo Tracking ID and a link to the cargo tracking page.

Should any user of the system be able to comment on a product, or is it only the users who have gotten that product?

Only users that the product is delivered to should be able to comment and rate

Should any user be able to direct message any other user on the platform? Or is it only vendor-user?

Vendors can message customers and vice versa. Both customers and vendor should be able to message admins.

What do you mean exactly by semantic search?

Searching for cat food should also show results for dog food since cat and dog are related/similar to each other (both are popular domestic animals). Search terms can appear in the Product title, Product description or Product details.
