Overview

  • In Fall 2023, I combined the cohort studies design and cohort studies analysis modules for the first time.
  • In preparing the module quiz, I started by simply combining the two individual labs.
  • There is a lot of room for cleaning up and improvement.

Improvement notes

  • Do a better job of aligning the lab questions and quiz questions.
  • Potentially pull over some of the questions from the lab. It was really long.
  • Try to incorporate some R programming.

Tasks

  • Add citations for all of the correct answers.
  • Q6-Q9: Why are there two outcomes? I don't think I like that.
  • Q6, Q8: Make these numerical answers instead of multiple choice.
  • Q7: Need to get Q6 correct to get Q7 correct. Make them independent of each other by giving a hypothetical answer.
  • Q9: Need to get Q8 correct to get Q9 correct. Make them independent of each other by giving a hypothetical answer.
  • Q10-Q13: Just have them fill in the blank.
  • Q14: Need to get Q13 correct to get Q14 correct. Make them independent of each other by giving a hypothetical answer.
  • Q15: Make it about the disinfectant study. Not just studies in general.
