Serve Project Issue #128

I have XAMPP installed but when I click serve project in VS code, I get a 404 not found error. It doesn't automatically open the server in the browser. In the output section of VS code I also get an error saying "/ - No such file or directory, GET / - Permission denied." Has anyone encountered this issue before?
