flutter: Plugin with id 'kotlinx-serialization' not found.

When adding breez sdk dependency to a new flutter project, I get the following error:

So then you have to manually add the kotlin serialization plugin:

Which leads to the following error:

The breez sdk package should be installable on a blank app and just work.
