[Feature Request] Being able to install multiple wine versions and select,which prefix uses which version

It would be cool to change which wine version specific prefixes use.
And for that you have to be able to install multiple wine versions.
What would be cool would be if you were able to install every wine and proton version.

I think this would be a great feature. PlayOnLinux used to have it and I found it to be one of it's most useful since some games and programs are only compatible with a certain wine version.

PS: What can be done alternatively already is using the multiple Proton versions that can be installed through Steam. Once you add them in Tools -> Wine Version Manager, each Prefix can be configured to use a specific version.
