[QUESTION] How Are The name plate 41 yards tweak set?

I am trying to get this (vanilla-tweaks) to work with SuperWoW. I primarily want the longer name plates distance to work, but I haven't found a way to do so yet.

Can you explain how this mod changes the name plates distance? Is it editing a config file or changing a registry or something like that? I would like to be able to cherry pick this one feature from your wonderful mod!

Using ChatGPT I figured that the WoW.exe was modified. I managed to do the same using a hex editor and the simple fix works.

However when I try to use my new WoW.exe together with SuperWoW I get the following error on login:

I do not know how to resolve this issue :(

The nameplate change is just a single integer hardcoded into the game executable. I don't know why changing it would give you a file corruption error with SuperWoW. It could be because you're modifying WoW.exe directly rather than making a copy of it, modifying the copy and then running the copy instead.
