Relative timing for subregion (chr3q13.33 instead of chr3q)

To the PyhlopgicNDT teams and users,

I would like to predict the relative timing for subregion (chr3q13.33, instead of chr3q) using PhylogicNDT.
However, the program does not provide profiling for sub region. In this case, how should I proceed?
