JAWS initial focus not working

I also notice that consistently JAWS won't let me hit tab properly until I leave the window and come back. Refreshing the page or screen doesn't do it. After that though everything works great!

JAWS is a bit laggy, more than before, but it's only really noticeable on Firefox for some reason.

I'm still sometimes getting the issue where JAWS doesn't focus the Window right and you have to switch away and back to make it work. And unfortunately the "press enter or space" message doesn't show up in these cases so it's not easy to know what to do, especially now that their doesn't seem to be an actual text version of the message on the page like before. Honestly at this point it feels like a JAWS problem though, and it shouldn't be hard to explain to users still.
