HI, thanks for developing this excellent tools and sorry for bothering.
I am running FigR in a subset of large dataset, and now I have ATAC-seq with 15000 cells and RNA-seq with 9000 cells. BUT when I run [pairCells](ATAC = ATAC_PCs, RNA = RNA_PCs,keepUnique = TRUE)
the first time I got an error and suggest me to set options("optmatch_max_problem_size=Inf"),
the second time after change setting I got the error: Job exceeded memory limit of node(19289664).
I want to know is there any possibility to use this tool in large dataset like cell atlas? and how to reduce computation when pairing?
