Try "freezing" the hierarchical classifier

Add a "freeze" function to the hierarchical classifier that will freeze the subjectivity classifier, which means it won't learn from additional training instances.

We can compare the hierarchical classifier unfrozen, where it continues to learn from neutral-labeled instances, as well as how it performs when "frozen".
