Is your proposal related to a problem?

Global OOO settings can not be applied for a full team and must be applied on an individual basis. This is problematic for teams with managed IT solutions.

Provide a toggle for team OOO settings to be global, with the option for a user override.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Instructing each team member how to manage their own calendar manually. For businesses with many event types (such as my client) this caused significant headaches over the holidays.
