Stella keeps talking even when a user closes the Stella tab

Additionally, anything Stella says seems to be added to this "global queue" of sentences to say that is never interrupted - i.e. if you open Stella and close it and open another Stella, Stella's full introduction will play twice in succession, one for each Stella tab opening
Another example is when you "google cats", Stella reads the list of cat breeds and the user can't do anything until Stella is done reading the entire list out loud - there doesn't seem to be a way for the user to interrupt this

Probably edit Stella 'say' function in tts.js ?
