Describe the bug
Trying to reproduce a video from the steam store full screen will result on the whole screen flashing, steam process will be unable to be killed.

This issue doesnt occur if the video plays on the regular size screen

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any game in the steam store that has a video that plays
  2. Click on fullscreen
  3. screen will start flashing black (if you have an external monitor, both screen would do the same)

Expected behavior

Video should play properly just like it does non-full screen.

Environment

snap run steam.report

Additional Context
I can open a terminal window and try killing the process but nothing will happen. The flashing will continue.

I can't reproduce this on my Intel/NVIDIA machine, perhaps someone else can try this, too.

Could you confirm this still occurs? I've been unable to reproduce this issue and have not had someone else confirm either.
