Wiki page for Testing could have a link to the Troubleshooting page entry on how to submit reports

As the title states, the Wiki page for Testing the Steam snap could have a link to the Troubleshooting page entry on how to submit bug reports. I installed Ubuntu a couple of days ago, was reading the page so I could submit some reports for the games I have, but I couldn't find any information on that page on how to submit the reports. It took me a bit to go into the Discussions tab, and look up there. This is what got me into the Troubleshooting page and the section on how to do it.

A link to that section of the Troubleshooting page would've been helpful. I would suggest putting it just before the "Mininum Steps" part or as a step on that section, in the Testing page.
