Improve feedback loop when updating deployments

when doing slot deployments update, even though the command finish successfully the actual deployment doesn't get updated immediately. this makes it seems like the update doesn't work.

i think slot should not finish the command straight away but instead wait until the deployment updates to properly complete first.

maybe can show a loading bar.
