Hey there folks,

may I ask why the project is deprecated? The linked repo https://github.com/jupyterhub/dockerspawner does not have support for spawning containers in docker swarms as far as I know.

The dockerspawner actually links to this package for using the newer swarm mode:

Using Docker Swarm (not swarm mode!)
Note: This is the older Docker Swarm, which makes a swarm look like a single docker instance. For the newer Docker Swarm Mode, see SwarmSpawner.

Hello, SwarmSpawner is not supported anymore (basically no time to work on it).

I started a new project: cassiny.io

Here a small presentation I gave during PyData Berlin about cassiny.
