Fix erroneous sales price issues

There are sales with erroneously high values for sale price. Upon investigation it seems to be often the case that someone added two zeros instead when looking at a decimal value ending in .00, so $550,000.00, now reads as $55,000.000. This is an example doc_no: 1826255093.
