Review column differences between athena default views and open data assets

Following #691 we can compare which columns are in out datasets on athena and the open data portal fairly easily. Not all differences are down to columns not having made it into open data assets - some are missing because they're "hidden" on the open data portal and can't be accessed through the API.

Regardless, it's worth our time to make sure everything we want on the portal is there.
