Delgado/ Conestoga disabled

I played with Robot. I choose Delgado character as outlaw. When I wanted to play Conestoga, I couldn't! I have never played Conestoga because it asked me to discard blue card to draw like my ability.
Perhaps, the bug existed only with my game session.

With Jose Delgado you can use a green card (previously equipped) by clicking on it and then the system will ask to select a blue card instead (same as Jose's ability): now, if you click on a blue card it really activates the ability; instead, if you click on a brown card (but it's a bug) you will activate the green card as you wished.
