Timer countdown for very slow players?

Some people play very slow increasing the waiting time for other players.
Consider to set a max amount of time to play your turn or the game will automatically pass and discard the cards in excess at random.
The AI ROBOT taking control of an unactive player (who accidentally left the game) start to work after too many time, we usually prefer to exit the game and start a new one instead.
