Thanks for reporting, @zalewskigrzegorz - hmm, the tag exists (you can open it via your browser) - do you think you could retry and see if it was an error on the github side?

Hey thanks for looking into this. I will check this later this week and back to you. But I think that I'm running ha on m1 Mac can be an issue.
