I pinned tiledbsoma in #1325 so that we could get CI running. Pin was due to segfaults in get_highly_variable_genes with tiledbsoma>=1.15. @bkmartinjr is investigating.

We may need to just skip these tests and accept that hug functionality is broken for now in order to get spatial lib updates out on time.
