Missing release notes

Hi, Firstly, I'm using this crate in my project, thanks for making it.

I just noticed that this crate went from version 2.x to 3.x, normally there's breaking changes when a major version is bumped or there's some new features. Usually I look for releases on the github releases page and then check the release notes, but I note there are tags, but no releases or release notes.

Any chance you could create github releases and add release notes please?
