Need CSS files for pandoc syntax coloring #1

There's a CSS file for HsColour but now that Pandoc seems to be the default, there needs to be a CSS file for it too, since it uses different classes.

The example-dot-org project doesn't do any syntax coloring because of this. The spans are marked correctly, but there are no corresponding styles.

The CSS can probably be picked up from one of the files in highlighting-kate/css.
