[AnVIL Catalog] Invalid href passed to next router during build #886

When building AnVIL Catalog the console has a bunch of errors like the listing below in the console. Looks like //help is the problem.

Invalid href passed to next/router: https://anvilproject.dev.clevercanary.com//help, repeated forward-slashes (//) or backslashes \ are not valid in the href
