Project relating to detection of variants on the protein level of NA12878

There are 3 components to the project, chronologically:
- The creation of the search libraries
- Running of ionbot
- Analysis of ionbot output
At the time of writing this, ionbot is proprietary and not yet freely available. Thus, the information for only the first and last components listed above are available in this repository.
