Sequence based HSSP results contain dummy pdb numbers #57

The sequence based HSSP results contain dummy pdb number and chain values that follow a pattern.

The pdb number is the decimal ascii code for the residue at that position;
The chain is always A

There is no PDB file so there should be no PDB number. Likewise, chain information is also not known.

Can better values be used here to make that clear?
