Access denied on FCOS 39

Heya, I'm trying to get a single rpi4 with FCOS 39 to run cockpit. I used the package-layer of cockpit-ws, since there isn't a container for aarch64 and otherwise followed the install guide. I do get a dashboard as "core", but a lot of modules just say "access denied", trying to elevate access on the dashboard gives "errno 13" on sudo. Back on the pi, SELinux is denying cockpit-bridge access to pretty much most requests.

Seems to mirror #12568, since the bridges user is "unconfined" for me too.
