What defines a "hood" ?
Are there any physical or geographical bounds/constraints associated with a hood ?

The hood is defined by a zipcode. We have this, but i cannot find something like an excel or csv :(https://www.coduripostale.com/

when you are associated with a hood you are automatically receiving updates from public authorities and utilities in that hood. when you create groups you can also add people from other hoods too.
You can see other hoods butyou cannot interact with them and their directories. You can participate in another hood if someone from that hood invited you to a group in that hood and you can only see stuff in that group.

We can add geolocated bounding boxes for a better hood localization with open stree map API .
