It should be possible to interact with Finds:

with the keyboard
with a screen reader
if you're color blind

Bootstrap has some docs, and there are some testing resources online.

paypal has this bootstrap accessibility plugin which I haven't gotten a chance to play with yet but might help us out with a few basic issues.

It only does so much, but http://accesslint.com/ will help a little.
