Changes to basic\token2.s doesn't cause a build

I've made a change to basic\token2.s, but running make claims everything is up to date.

I can force it by changing basic.s.

I dont know enough about makefiles to suggest a fix.

My guess is that a reference to basic\token2.s needs to be added to the list assigned to BASIC_DEPS, somewhere around line 326. That said, I'll let folks who do more work with the kernal rom test that theory. :3

While debugging another issues, it looks like its all\most of the .s files in the folder.

Same for kernel\cbm\channel\load.s
