Checkbox in agree to terms

So legally, is it better to force to select the checkbox or without it, in the checkout confirmation page?

the initial state should be a checkbox which is not checked but needs to be checked to order

@lauraluiz legally in Germany, Austria and England you do not need the check box. It's not required according to Trusted Shops. There must be only a legal text note.

@trangng thanks for the clarification. So to prepare Sunrise for the international market, I'd say we enable back the checkbox. Worst case scenario, in those Trusted Shops countries you need to do an additional click.
