Solution to issue cannot be found in the documentation.

  • I checked the documentation.

Issue

I noticed that many python versions are missing for aarch64/ppc, not sure why. Maybe just travis flakiness?

We could stop using travis and use emulation instead for better reliability.

Until then, simply rerunning the job seems to work - things that fail first time work the second time, with luck
