No information about channel priorities in recipe meta.yaml files in the docs

What happened?

I could not find the channels directive in meta.yaml documented and described in the User guide for conda build.

There are some related issues however not exactly the same:

• Channels info missing in meta.yaml file docs
• Not obvious how to incorporate custom channels into conda recipe
• Allow to specify channels in a recipe
