Organise files more reproducibly, project-based?

Dear @immccull95,

have you considered upgrading these scripts to a self-contained project? This would increase the reproducibility of your work, because paths such as C:/Ian_GIS probably only exist on your computer(s) ;-)

Converting such paths to relative ones, could be combined with moving all files into a single project directory, ordered for example according to Dryad's suggestion.
