This might be as simple as pasting the EDI package string in R/get.R#L43

LOCUS has been released on EDI
DEPTH has been released on EDI
LIMNO has been released on EDI
GEO has been released on EDI

get.R the procedure is to add the edi/pasta ids and pass the desired module to the compile function.
