Subject: [PATCH] Docs improvements (#5)

* unify syntax in readmes
- use 4 spaces in CSS, in JS, in HTML and in Latte
- use tab in NEON and in PHP
- neon highlighting syntax
- normalized filename of Readmes
- typos
