  • /img/2017-03-10.pngと/img/photogrid.jpgがデカい
  • Webフォントの読み込み中にテキストを表示するようにする
  • 使ってないCSS

  • /img/galleryの画像をWebPにする
    • 特にポスター画像が重い
    • 表示できるかどうかは、ブラウザ依存だけどcaniuse.comによると大体大丈夫そう(IEはさておき)
    • 試しにImagemagickで現状でもっとも重い画像をconvert ./poster-2020-11-noshiro.png -define webp:lossless=true out.webpで出力してみたら、1.85MB -> 1.1MBになった

まあIEは切っていいと思うのでWebPにしてもいいんですが，どちらかというとそもそもの解像度が大きすぎることと国内のCDNに乗っていない影響の方が大きいので，そちらの方が先だと思いますね．
