Add Citizen Web3 archive endpoints

So I sorta think the endpoints are kinda advertisingey but fact is we need easy to reach archives. Thanks for hosting this! |

Thanks for the PR! I think we're going to keep endpoints to the chain-registry for now and not maintain a list in the readme of gaia. I see you've already updated the registry in cosmos/chain-registry#5802 so I'm going to close this and use that as the source of truth. |
