Process-based modeling (scripts for preparing inputs/outputs and running process-based models)
gumboot uses jackknife and bootstrap methods to quantify the sampling uncertainty in goodness-of-fit statistics (e.g. NSE and KGE) which are often used for model calibration and validation.

I think that the packages CSHShydRology and gumboot could also be added to the task view
Ironically, these were shown in the ctv output in issue #136
