XOAUTH2 with Office365 - anyone managed to make this work?

Hi,

I am wondering if anybody was able to make this work on o365?

Always getting back:
msmtp: authentication failed (method XOAUTH2)
msmtp: server message: 535 5.7.3 Authentication unsuccessful [ABCD.CHEP278.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM 2024-12-11T14:50:51.327Z 08DD10054FA14D]
msmtp: could not send mail (account default from /etc/msmtprc)

my config:

tls_trust_file /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
auth xoauth2
user [email protected]

I added the aad-application to my tenant and was able to get the auth-token.
But still getting the error.
