add FA24 student projects

start with McKeever

[njr2128]

• project has been converted from .docx to .md using the pandoc command:
  • pandoc --extract-media=. -o fa24_mckeever_dying-azur.md -f docx -t gfm fa24_mckeever_dying-azur.docx
• the media folder has been renamed media-mckeever and references to that folder have been updated in the .md file
• HOWEVER, the filepath for the images should be corrected to the structure of the RTC repo here
• and all further formatting checks need to be done (e.g., are there extra spaces causing issues? are footnotes or bibliography lists ok?) --> see https://github.com/cu-mkp/sandbox/blob/main/publishing-to-sandbox.md
